  • For Facilities (3–12 children):

  • For Facilities (13+ children):

    • Formal written agreement for health consulting

    • Health care plan development and approval

    • Medication administration policy and training

    • Emergency medical services access plan

    • In-service training on the health care plan (online or in-person)

Staff Training & Certification

Provide or coordinate health-related training sessions with two flexible options:
